The Intelligent Monitor System, also known as Intelligent Monitor System (Monitor System for short), is used in Megarevo Monitor System smart PV solution. The Monitor System provides services such as PV device access, monitoring, and management.

1. How Does This Service Collect and Use Your Personal Data

In the process of your use of the Monitor System we will collect and use the information you actively provide when using the service or generated due to the use of the service in the following ways:

1.1 When you register for the Monitor System, we will collect and use your name, phone number or email. The purpose of collecting this information is to help you complete the functions of the Monitor System registration and protect the security of your account. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to fill in the user name and other information according to your own needs.

1.2 During your use of Monitor System, in order to ensure the normal operation of the services, optimize the user experience and protect your account security, we will collect the basic information necessary for Monitor System to provide services for you, including your device model, operating system, the device's MAC address, the unique device identifier (e.g. IMEI / MEID / IMSI / AndroidID / IDFA / IDFV / IDFV), WIFI status (e.g. SSID, BSSID) a string that the manufacturer assigns to your device to uniquely identify the device, login IP address, Monitor System version number, the method, type and status of network connection, network condition, device accelerators (such as gravity sensor), operation logs, service logs (your searches and views in Monitor System, service failures, referral URLs, etc.), and other information.

1.3 When you use the monitoring function, in order to allow you to see the complete monitoring data, we need to collect the SN of the datalogger under the plant and the SN of its sub-devices (such as inverters, meters, etc.). At the same time, our monitoring system will collect the uploaded data of the datalogger and its sub-devices every 5 minutes to complete the necessary data statistics and analysis functions. In addition, in order to provide you with support and service in time and solve problems quickly, we will collect the following telemetry data, including device serial number, device status, and alarm codes, for the device manufacturer's diagnosis of faults in case of device failure.

1.4 When you create a plant, you need to enter the plant name, region, capacity, address, GPS location, etc. This information will be uploaded and stored in our server so that you can use it when you log in to Monitor System on other devices. You can also modify this information at any time.

1.5 According to the requirements of applicable laws, regulations, and standards, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your consent if:

a) The information is required for the personal information controller to fulfill their obligations imposed by laws and regulations;

b) The information is directly related to national security or national defense;

c) The information is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

d) The information has been made public by yourself;

e) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

1.6 To ensure the security of our services and to help us better understand how our Apps are performing, we may log information such as how often you use the Apps, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the Apps. We do not merge the information we store in our analytics software with any personally identifiable information you provide in the app.

1.7 If we use your personal information beyond the purpose authorized by you, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.

1.8 Currently, Monitor System will not obtain your personal information from a third party outside IGEN. If in the future, it is necessary for us to indirectly obtain your information from a third party for business development, we will inform you of the source from which we will collect such information, which information we will collect, and to what extent we will use such information before obtaining the information. If we need to use your personal information collected from a third party beyond the extent to which you authorize the third party to use your information, we will seek your express consent before processing such information. We will strictly abide by the applicable laws and regulations, and require the third party to ensure the legality of the information it provides to us.

3. How Can You Access or Modify Your Personal Data

It is your responsibility to ensure that any and all personal data submitted to Megarevo is correct. Every effort will be made to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal data and keep your personal data up-to-date based on the information you provide.

You can log in to the website or app of this Service, and view and modify your personal data in your personal information.

If you want to delete your account, on the Monitor System website, choose "System > System Settings > Account Deletion". After you agree to the account deregistration terms and pass the identity authentication, you can delete your account. 4. How Does This Service Protect and Retain Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored on the server in Germany where your account is registered. The personal data you submitted to this service will be deleted within three months after you submit your deregistration request.

The security of your personal data is important to this service. Appropriate physical, management, and technical measures will be used to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, modification, damage, or loss. For example, this service uses cryptographic technologies for data confidentiality, protection mechanisms to prevent attacks, and access control mechanisms to permit only authorized access to your personal data. Best efforts will be made to protect your personal data; however, please note that no security measure is perfect.

Keep your username, password, and other identity information secure. When you use this service, your username, password, and other identity elements will be used to determine your identity. The leakage of the aforementioned information may incur losses or other adverse impacts. If you find that your username, password, or other identity information may be or has been compromised, contact the installer immediately so that the installer can take corresponding measures in a timely manner to avoid or minimize the loss.

5. How Does This Service Process Children's Personal Data

The product, website, and service are primarily intended for adults. A child must not create an account without the consent of a parent or guardian. If a child's personal data is collected with prior parental consent, this service will only use or disclose the data as permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the child's parents or guardians, or when necessary for the protection of the child. If a child's personal data is collected accidentally without verified prior consent from the child's parents, it will be deleted in the earliest possible time.

To ensure a positive user experience, you may receive content or web links from this service or third parties related to this service, for example, the installer may provide the owner with its official website information and a redirection link, or you may find the partner's web page information on the About page of the system. This service does not have the right to control such third parties, but you can choose whether to use the links, view the content and/or access the products or services provided by third parties.

The map service in this product is provided by Google Maps, which collects the GPS location information of your device. You can choose whether to use the third-party map service.

This service cannot control the privacy practices and data protection policies of third parties that are not subject to this Policy. When you submit personal information to such a third party, please read and refer to the privacy protection policy of the third party.

8. How Is This Policy Updated

This Privacy Policy is subject to change without prior notice. If major changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the latest Privacy Policy will be released here. After the update, the last update date will be changed.
